What we are building next
A fully fledged AI-native venture studio.
Our tools, behind every company we form.
Our first companies came from our research, and their AI tools now serve pharma and healthcare. The studio we are preparing puts those tools, and the people around them, behind every company it forms.
Each company starts with specialist capability it could not otherwise afford before revenue, and the studio is no longer limited by how many people it can hire.
The tools are products in their own right, built for pharma and healthcare. Every studio company will use the same ones.
The tools draft, search and monitor, and keep a record of the work. Specialists review it and founders decide. Nothing reaches a regulator, an investor or a customer without a person signing it off.
The tools are in use or in pilot in our first companies. The studio itself is in preparation.
From map to company.
We do not start from an idea. Every company starts from a territory mapped in Aleph and a gap in its infrastructure, and passes a gate before it moves on.
We cover a territory completely in Aleph: assets, evidence, precedent and people.
We incorporate the company, recruit the founders and operators who will run it, and give it the studio’s tools.
We fund the first 14 to 18 months, alongside other investors.
An outside investor leads the round and sets the price.
Outside investors lead from here. We stay on as shareholder and adviser.
So that we never set the price of a company we formed.
You lead. We surround you with people, data and tools.
Founders run their companies from day one. Our job is to take risk out of the early years: an ecosystem of people who have built companies before, and access to proprietary data and AI tools a new company could not otherwise afford.
