Dr. Roop Chandwani

Roop Chandwani is CEO of Mazards, an executive search and consulting firm for the Healthcare and Life Sciences. A trusted advisor to numerous companies across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC - with particular depth in India - he helps organisations scale for growth through talent strategy. Roop has worked with Fortune 100 companies and ambitious startups globally, drawing on 20+ years of board-level experience in risk management across the sector.

He mentors entrepreneurs through MassChallenge, TechTour, and InvestHorizon, and contributes to programmes at UCL and London Business School. Roop holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from UCL, completed in collaboration with Eli Lilly & Co.
